The Bosch IoT Suite: This software platform is the core IoT product of Bosch Software Innovations, serving external and internal clients. Within Bosch, the Bosch IoT Suite is often used as a central component of other IoT offerings from the entire Bosch Group.
Together with Bosch’s cloud offering, the Bosch IoT Suite is built on a cloud-ready design concept, providing fully managed cloud services for the most common requirements of IoT solution development. It is the foundation of IoT-specific ecosystems for energy, automotive, industry, white goods, building, home and agriculture.
The Bosch IoT Suite is a flexible IoT platform based on open source technology and industry standards, which enables a wide range of IoT use cases. It also supports seamless integration of other platforms and services as well as hosting in various cloud and on-premises environments.
The Bosch IoT Suite runs as a PaaS solution on the Bosch IoT Cloud, Amazon Web Services and also on Microsoft Azure in 2019. In China, the Bosch IoT Suite is operated by Huawei Cloud.

User & Use Cases
Among the Bosch IoT Suite users in the study, more than 50% are based in the EMEA region, which is entirely consistent with Bosch Software Innovations' strategic approach on accelerating the development of IoT’s potential through an ecosystem of integrators and developers as well as IoT labs in Europe. Furthermore, more than half the users are from midsized companies with a focus on services in the ICT market, which play an important role in the open IoT ecosystem in order to enable it. Apart from ICT-related users, the majority of the verticals represented in the sample consist of the discrete manufacturing and processing industry, as well as transportation, logistics and utilities.
