Competitiveness

Parent KPI

This KPI measures the overall performance in terms of competitive positioning on the market.  

Competitive win rate

Sub-KPI

The "Competitive win rate“ is based on the number of wins in competitive evaluations.

Considered for purchase

Sub-KPI

This KPI measures to what extent the platform has been considered for purchase by the users. Apart from how the users perceive its potential, this KPI is also determined by the awareness rate for the product. 

Innovation

"Innovation“ measures the product's overall performance in terms of innovative tasks based on its analytics and visualization capabilities, along with the ability of supporting new concepts such as the digital twin.

Support of new concepts

Sub-KPI

This KPI measures whether and to which extent the platform is capable of supporting modern concepts such as the digital twin.

Visualization

"Visualization“ is based on the platform's capabilities in terms of visualization.

Analytics

This KPI measures the platform's analytics capabilities.

Customer satisfaction

This KPI measures overall customer satisfaction based on the pricing model, likelihood of recommendation, product satisfaction, level of support by the vendor, level of security as well as partner ecosystem.

The "Partner ecosystem“ KPI measures the level of satisfaction with the ecosystem enabled by the platform.

This KPI measures user satisfaction with the level of security provided by the platform.

Vendor support

This KPI measures user satisfaction with the level of vendor support provided for the product.

Product satisfaction

This KPI is based on the frequency of problems encountered with the product.

Recommendation

This KPI is based on the proportion of users that say they would recommend the platform to others.
